Central register of collections

If you are a potential (data) collector, please check NHS Standard Contract: Approved Collections before requesting a burden assessment application form. It is managed by the Data Standards and Assurance Service (DSAS) and updated on a monthly basis following Data Coordination Board (DCB) meetings and the approval of new collections. 

We are currently updating the central register. We recommend you use the information on NHS Standard Contract: Approved Collections if you would like to learn more about an existing data collection or before you complete a burden assessment application. 

Once you have done this you can contact the Data Standards and Assurance Service (DSAS) to request a copy of the burden assessment application form.
