The COVER (Cover of Vaccination Evaluated Rapidly) surveillance scheme evaluates the childhood immunisation programme in England, for children aged one, two and five years of age. General Practice and local authority level vaccine coverage data is submitted quarterly and annually to the NHS Digital Strategic Data Collection Service (SDCS).

This information standard is published under section 250 of the Health and Social Care Act 2012.
