Access the data - data on written complaints in the NHS.

Background to the collection

The information obtained from the KO41b collection monitors written complaints received by NHS primary care providers (GP and dental practices).

The data for GP practices will be collected via the NHS Digital Strategic Data Collection Service (SDCS).

The data for dental practices will be collected by the NHS Business Services Authority and passed to NHS Digital by a secure transfer.
