The NHS National Service Desk

The NHS National Service Desk log incidents and service requests for national applications and services. These include the Spine 2 Core, Secondary Uses Service (SUS) and National Back Office enquiries. Call the National Service Desk on 0300 303 5035 or email ssd.nationalservicedesk@nhs.net.
 

The Information Standards Service Desk

The Information Standards Service Desk supports the coding system products used within the NHS. It provides application support for the Information Standards Service. Call the Information Standards Service Desk on 0300 303 4777 or email information.standards@nhs.net.

We take complaints about our work, staff, and levels of service very seriously, and have a complaints procedure in place to deal with issues.

If you are unhappy with any aspect of the service you receive, you should speak to a member of our staff as soon as possible.

We can only deal with complaints about the work, staff, and levels of service provided by NHS Digital.

We cannot deal with:

  • complaints about government policy on health and social care
  • complaints about hospitals, GP practices, and other NHS services
  • complaints about social care services
