NHS Digital runs services which support the NHS. Information about our services can be found on this website, including information which solves most queries.

If you cannot find the information you need about a specific service, our customer service centre may be able to help. We are unable to assist with enquiries about the wider NHS.

If you are unhappy with any aspect of the service you receive, you should speak to a member of our staff as soon as possible.

We can only deal with complaints about the work, staff, and levels of service provided by NHS Digital.

We cannot deal with:

  • complaints about government policy on health and social care
  • complaints about hospitals, GP practices, and other NHS services
  • complaints about social care services
