The Stop Smoking Services Quarterly Monitoring Return is an official statistic published by NHS Digital and collects data on local services provided to support people to stop smoking. The data is used to monitor the performance and effectiveness of the service and feeds into a number of other data reporting mechanisms, including the local tobacco control profiles data set.

This collection has been assured for use by the Data Coordination Board until 31 August 2018, as confirmed in the Assurance Certificate (below).
