GPIT Digital Maturity Assurance
The ICB Questionnaire is part of the Primary Care Digital Maturity Assurance Tool which allows the NHS to assess the effectiveness of the GP IT Operating Model and provide insight to support investments in digital services in General Practice.
For 2023-24, the ICB questionnaire was deferred as it transitioned to be part of the What Good Looks Like Framework (WGLL) as per the NHS 2024-25 priorities and operational planning guidance.
For 2024-25, the ICB questionnaire constituted Part 1 of the WGLL Digital Maturity Assessment which was open between April and May 2024 as part of a system wide survey on digital maturity.

Background to the collection
This data collection is commissioned by NHS X and managed by NHS Digital through the Strategic Data Collection Service (SDCS). The data will be published on the National Population Health Management Dashboard.
