Setting up an NHS Account

You can set up your NHS Account on the computer browser in your community hub or library at www.nhs.uk/nhs-services/online-services/nhs-login/

You can have an NHS Account if you are

  • registered with a GP surgery in England or the Isle of Man
  • aged 13 or over

Log in to your account to:

  • order repeat prescriptions
  • book and manage appointments
  • get health information and advice
  • view your health record securely
  • view your NHS number
  • Log in to your account to:

You can access your NHS Account by downloading the NHS App

You can also use the NHS website to log in to your NHS account to access services online on your computer, tablet or mobile phone. You do not need to download anything.

NHS App help and support can help you you set up your login and answer any questions you may have.
