The GP Payments system provided NHS England with the tools for managing the calculation of payments to GP practices.

This service has been retired

The GP payments service has been retired and is no longer available for use.

The GP Payments system was deployed across England, Wales, Northern Ireland and Isle of Man as part of the National Health Application and Infrastructure Services (NHAIS) system. It ran locally on 89 different servers, and provided NHS England with the tools for managing the calculation of payments to GP practices.
