The GP Payments system is deployed across England, Wales, Northern Ireland and Isle of Man as part of the National Health Application and Infrastructure Services (NHAIS) system. It runs locally on 89 different servers, and provides NHS England with the tools for managing the calculation of payments to GP practices.
