NEW AGE DISTRIBUTION STATISTICS
This release introduces supplementary age distribution statistics for NHS App users at England, regional and Integrated Care Board (ICB) level.
The new outputs provide age band breakdowns for NHS App unique user logins and registered users and are available as a separate Excel workbook and open-data CSV. The workbook presents percentage distributions for quarter-end months (March, June, September and December), while the accompanying CSV provides the full monthly time series, including numerator, denominator and proportion values.
These new breakdowns provide additional insight into the demographics of NHS App users and complement the existing activity and registration measures included within this publication. They show how registration and usage patterns vary across age groups, geographies and over time, helping users understand both who has registered for the NHS App and who is actively using it.

Measures included within this publication may be expanded over time as additional NHS App features become available and suitable data sources are identified.
See the 'What's included in this release' page for a full list of metrics. Definitions and caveats are available in the accompanying Excel files available to download under Resources at the bottom of this page.
