MSDS v1.5 archived guidance documents

The MSDS v1.5 was the earlier version of the data set which went live in May 2015 and was replaced by MSDS v2.0 in April 2019. The MSDS v1.5 documents below are now replaced by new MSDS v2.0 implementation documentation and available here for reference purposes only.
