The NHS National Service Desk log incidents and service requests for national applications and services. These include the Spine 2 Core, Secondary Uses Service (SUS) and National Back Office enquiries.

The National Helpdesk Exeter provide a first line IT support and incident logging for systems and services end users, including NHAIS users and other NHS professionals, such as GPs and GP practices.
