Use this message integration to send an online consultation form from a patient to a registered GP.

This integration uses MESH to send and receive messages.

This message integration is in production but deprecated.

We recommend you use the GP Connect Send Document - FHIR API instead.

This message integration uses the following MESH workflow ID to pass information between patients and registered GPs:

• ONLINE_TRIAGE_DOC

The structure of the payload is not standard - application developers have agreed the payload structure on a per-integration basis. It might even just be a PDF document.
