Euroking maternity information system: safety alert

A National Patient Safety alert issued in December 2023, identified safety risks relating to technical issues with the Euroking maternity information IT system, used by some NHS trusts. NHS England has been monitoring data submissions following this alert and, to date, has not identified any noticeable impact on the metrics published within this series.
