Management information: These data have not undergone any quality checking nor has analysis of their coverage been made.
For the GMS PMS Core Contract Data Collection, data will be published on a quarterly basis going forward. The most recent data is for quarter 4, 2021-22.
NOTE: It is a known issue that for EMIS practices there were SNOMED codes missing from the October 2021 extract. This affects indicator SFLU006. Data have been re-extracted however payments that were approved before the re-extract could have incorrect figures.
NOTE: on 7/3/2022 corrections were made to the Data Dictionary file, which was updated from v1.3 to v1.4. The previous version of the file had not been updated for the 2021-22 reporting year; it included entries for counts which had been retired and omitted entries for counts which had been introduced. The underlying data were not affected by this issue. We recommend that users of the data download the latest copy of the data dictionary file, and contact us with any related queries.
NOTE: an issue relating to the content of drug refsets underpinning a number of these services may affect counts in the period October 2021 - January 2022. Care should be taken when interpreting the affected data; further details are provided in the GP Contract Services Data Quality Statement (link below).
