Change clinic dates, days, times or capacity

You can change the dates, days, times or number of vaccinators for a clinic series.

For a single clinic, you can change the times or number of vaccinators. You cannot change its date or day.

You cannot change the appointment length after you create a clinic or clinic series.

If you need a different appointment length, cancel the clinic or clinic series and create a new single clinic or clinic series. 

Use Create and manage clinics to change a standalone clinic or all clinics in a series.

1. Select Clinics from the main navigation.
2. Select Create and manage clinics from the sub-navigation.
3. Find the clinic or clinic series  you want to update and select View and change.
4. Select Change next to the details you want to update.
5. Change the details as needed.
6. Select Continue.
7. If your changes affect existing bookings, choose whether to keep or cancel the booked appointments, then select Continue.
8. Check that the updated clinic details and any choices about affected bookings are correct.
9. Select Save changes.

The check your answers page shows your updated details and the previous details for comparison.

1. Select Clinics from the main navigation.
2. Find the clinic you want to change on the day view and select View and change.
3. Select Change next to the details you want to update.
4. Change the details as needed.
5. Select Continue.
6. If your changes affect existing bookings, choose whether to keep or cancel the booked appointments, then select Continue.
7. Check that the updated clinic details and any choices about affected bookings are correct.
8. Select Save changes.

The check your answers page shows your updated details and the previous details for comparison.

The capacity calculator updates as you change the number of vaccinators. It shows:

• total appointments
• appointments per hour

Use this to check how your changes affect how many appointments you will have in each clinic.
