Format of NHS Number data file

This is an example of the format of the data file that is required for processing through the Check for National Data Opt-outs Service, which must be saved as a .dat file. It must contain just NHS Numbers in a single column separated by a comma and followed by a carriage return.

Files created with a .CSV extension type can be renamed with a .dat file extension to support the data transfer via MESH.
