NCCR tools and measures library

This table lists copyrighted clinical assessment tools and outcome measures for use within health and social care, plus how to access them. Most are available via the Copyright Licensing Service.

In some cases the copyright owner has decided not to enter into an agreement with us, usually because they have their own arrangements for making the tools available.

This doesn't necessarily mean that you will not be able to use the tool, or that you will be charged for doing so. It may just mean that you have to register on their web-site or contact them directly.

Where that is the case we have provided an alternative route with advice to follow.

Request content

To request this content, you must first register with the Copyright Licensing Service. If you're already registered, use our content request form to access these tools and measures.

Version control

Our library contains the latest version of the content that we are licensed to used.

When a new version of the content is produced, we will issue an updated licensing agreement to all users who have previously been issued a copy.

You do not need to request a new version; we will automatically issue it.

New versions will only be issued to the original requestor, so please ensure you inform us whenever there is a change in staff at your organisation.
