Our approach

4net Technologies are cloud and managed services leaders who work closely with clients to enable digital transformation across their organisations.

We help improve our client’s internal customer experience through the relevant and innovative use of technology and intelligent services. We use highly available and intelligent managed service solutions. These ensure technology is adopted effectively and continues to benefit an organisation’s initial and longer term goals.

Voice services – N3 Hosted Voice Service and Local Gateway Services replacements

4net Technologies, successful within the Private Branch Exchange (PBX)/Unified Communications industry for over 15 years, focus on clients’ business outcomes in order to recommend the most appropriate technologies. We work directly with the client to ensure all challenges are understood prior to product focused discussions. We form partnerships with award-winning technology vendors to ensure we are able to offer an industry relevant portfolio of products and solutions to meet client needs. Promoted solutions may include technologies such as:

  • ‘Agile Cloud’ – an innovative, flexible and secure cloud Unified Communications and Contact Centre Platform
  • ‘On-Premise’ based UC technologies where requirements may suit such deployments
  • ‘Hybrid’ deployments where and when appropriate and best suited

This represents true solution/deployment choice for our customers.

Video conference services – N3 managed video services replacements

4net Technologies’ customer outcomes focus ensures that we work hard to fully understand a customer’s requirements and challenges. Video conferencing (VC) is a prime example where such understanding and discovery is critical. There are numerous associated products on the market, all providing slightly different functionalities. We have a wealth of experience in the industry, enabling us to recommend the most suitable video (and audio) conferencing solutions to meet specific needs.

In today’s world there is an ever-increasing demand, especially within the health sector, to both reduce costs (capital and operational) and create efficiencies wherever possible. VC provides a great opportunity to address both needs. 4net are able to provide a range of VC services such as desktop based video conferencing (for example, embedded within a unified communications/PBX solutions such as Avaya IPO/Avaya ACM as described above), cloud based solutions such as Avaya Meeting On-Line Solutions, Skype for Business/Consumer Skype integrated technologies or ‘room-based VC services’ specified appropriate to room size and distributed locations.

Remote access solutions – N3 virtual private network (VPN) token solution replacements

Remote access solutions are not a core competency for 4net Technologies, however we are fully aware and have provided Unified Communications/Contact Centre Solutions which ‘touch’ on this subject. Therefore, should the client have a need for such technologies, 4net would work with a supplier of choice to ensure any such products and solutions procured are fully compatible and compliant with the associated remote access solution.

Products by name

As this is not a core competency of 4net Technologies -  we would work with the customer to reach a potential agreement.

How do I procure?

4net Technologies Ltd have a long heritage of delivering successful communications services to the public sector. We are an approved supplier to the Crown Commercial Services, an executive agency of the Cabinet Office, via the Network Services Framework Agreement (Crown Commercial Servers CCS RM 1045 – Lot 5 & Lot 10). This will deliver savings, choice and flexibility for all publicly-funded organisations, whilst ensuring compliance with the wider government technology strategy.
