Use this form to ask us to set up your application for use with the Digital Signature Service (DSS) in the production environment.

In particular, we need to set up your DSS callback URL, as explained in the Digital Signature Service API specification.

Currently, you can only have one DSS callback URL per environment.

Before you complete this form, you must:

Integration test environment

You can set up your DSS callback URL in the integration test environment yourself as follows:

  1. Sign in to your developer account.
  2. Select 'Environment access'.
  3. Select your application (or add an application if you haven't already got one). This much be an application in the integration test environment.
  4. Select 'Add custom attribute'.
  5. Set the custom attribute name to 'signingServiceCallbackUrl' and the value to your DSS callback URL in your integration test environment.
  6. Select 'Add'.
