Transfer of Care - pre-FHIR

Use this message integration to send transfer of care information from acute trusts to a GP practice.  

It uses MESH to send and receive messages.

This message integration is in production but deprecated.

It uses Kettering, CDA and ITK2.2 messages. It does not use Transfer of Care FHIR MESH. 

The structure of the payload is not known and is not specified centrally - you agree the payload structure between the sender and the receiver.

This message integration uses the following deprecated MESH workflow IDs to pass information between an acute trust and a GP practice:

• DISCH_KET
• TOC_AE_DMS
• TOC_DISCH_DMS
• TOC_DISCH_DMS_ACK
• TOC_OUTP_ATT_DMS
