Number of patients registered compared to the projected resident population in England

The graph below shows a comparison of the number of people registered at GP practices in England as at 1st April 2020 with the number of people projected to be resident in England in 2020.

Between the ages of 5 and 84, overall there are more people registered at GP practices than are projected to be resident in England. For females aged 70-74, there are fewer patients registered than projected to be resident.
