Domain 1 of the NHS Oversight Framework (NOF) includes the weight management indicator: percentage of eligible people supported by obesity and long term conditions prevention programmes.
This is a two-part indicator comprised of:
a) Eligible referrals to lifestyle/behavioural weight management programmes (rate per 100,000 people living with obesity)
b) The number of people who have started the NHS Diabetes Prevention Programme (NHS DPP) (rate per 1,000 eligible people)
The NOF indicator is an Integrated Care Board (ICB) level score based on standardised rates from each part of the indicator. These scores and the underlying data are published within this series.
