In the year ending 31 March 2018:

37% of child death reviews completed (excluding those with insufficient information and for figures hereafter) related to deaths occurring between 01 April 2017 and 31 March 2018.
29% of the death reviews were completed under 6 months of the child’s death while about 73% were completed within 12 months of the child’s death.
