Access to Crisis Care via NHS 111 – Mental Health - Patient Survey Dashboard
SUMMARY: This dashboard presents patient feedback collected through the national NHS 111 ‘select mental health option’ survey, capturing the experiences of individuals who have accessed urgent mental health support via NHS 111. The dashboard has been developed to support Integrated Care Boards (ICBs), mental health providers and system partners in understanding how service users experience support accessed through this service.
PURPOSE: The primary purpose of this dashboard is to support service improvement by
1) Providing regular insight into patient experience at both national, regional, and local levels.
2) Enabling ICBs and providers to identify strengths and areas for improvement across the mental health urgent access pathway.
3) Supporting continuous quality improvement, transparency and accountability across systems delivering this vital service.
We encourage colleagues to review this data routinely as part of their local and regional assurance and improvement processes. Feedback from patients is essential to shaping services that are responsive, inclusive, and person-centred.
FUTURENHS: The dashboard will be available via Futures webpages here from 3rd July ‘25, and access is open to NHS staff involved in the delivery, oversight, or improvement of services accessible via NHS 111 ‘select mental health option’.
