Background to the collection
The data to be collected under this Notice relates to the performance of Urgent Mental Health service providers. The data will be used to help identify challenges around optimising patient access to clinical advice and high-quality treatment to a common standard.
Eleven of the monthly IUCADC data items will be collected from service providers who handle Urgent Mental Health Helpline calls.
Launch and submission dates
The collection opens on the first working day of each month to submit the previous month's data. The submission deadline is 10 working days from the opening date.
Registered data submitters of the data collection will receive monthly emails from Strategic Data Collection Service (SDCS) confirming when the reporting window is opening and closing.
