The Health and Social Care Network (HSCN) programme holds data about customers who currently use HSCN services. This includes those provided under the Transition Network (formerly N3) and those who are considering the use of HSCN in the future. Customers provided this information to enable discussion of HSCN and it's services, implementation of new services, resolution of incidents and issues, management of exit and migration activities and discussions and allocation of funding.
