Accessing management information reports in the NHS England Secure Data Environment (SDE)

You can access the reports for your agreement from the SDE portal.  Available reports are:

• Databricks unit (DBU) usage: view up to 12 months of DBU usage, including the date, time, DBU amount and cluster name
• latest user account: view the latest user account information including user account email, assigned roles, account status and Stata access
• user login activity: view up to 12 months of user login events for your agreement

The report will be generated as a CSV file.  You can then download and save the report on your local computer.
