Posters and QR codes
Put posters all around your practice or waiting areas and the front door of your Practice. Consider having a QR code that patients can click on in or around your reception or queuing area.
Create your own personalised QR code for free on google QR code generator or any other QR generator to direct your patients to your surgery’s online form. Add your QR code to the A4 poster, which you can use to direct your patients to your surgery’s specific online form.
Alternatively, you can download the materials below which enable patients to search for practices offering online registration using the Find a GP service. They refer to when you are most likely to need to register with a new GP practice - when you are needing help with registration, when you are moving house and when you are expecting a new arrival to the family.

Give to patients to explain about online registration.

Social media images
We've provided PNG images of the designs sized for social media use. These are for use on Twitter and Facebook, to be used with the wording above.
Your social media posts should include the full link to the service on your website.
Do not use a shortened version in Facebook as this might prevent the link from working.
