The National Care Records Service (NCRS) provides a quick, secure way to access national patient information to improve clinical decision making and healthcare outcomes. If your organisation is interested in accessing NCRS, please complete this form.

All existing organisations and users of SCRa should plan to switchover to the new NCRS product and will need to do so by 30 September 2023. The reason for this date is that the authentication platform used for accessing SCRa is an old legacy system that will be closed down. Further information is available.
