1. Enhancements when viewing image files

Since this update, provider users accessing image files are able to preview these within e-RS and have the ability to navigate the image. For example, zoom in/out, pan and drag, fit-to-screen/reset zoom, rotate.

Providers should review the news article to familiarise themselves with this change.

2. Message when attempting to print patient information without an access code

Referrers may notice a new message when trying to print a patient letter for a patient without an access code.

An access code can be created from the patient details area.

3. Fix - Service definers filters

When service definer users add filters within the ‘All services’ screen, select a service and then choose ‘Go back to All services’ option, the filters applied originally disappear. This update ensures filters continue to be applied when the user returns to the ‘All service’ screen.
