Regarding the scheduled service-impacting work planned on the NHS e-Referral service (e-RS) to implement maintenance release 16.8.
Planned change timing
Friday 11 September 4pm to Saturday 12 September 4am
Planned change outage
Friday 11 September 8:15pm to Saturday 12 September 4am
Expected user impact
Users will be unable to access the NHS e-Referral Service (e-RS) for the duration of the change outage. Slot polls may be impacted and may not run overnight Friday/Saturday. Slot polls should run as scheduled overnight on Saturday/Sunday.
