Regarding the scheduled service-impacting work planned on the NHS e-Referral service (e-RS) to implement maintenance release 16.7
Planned change timing
Friday 21 August 4pm to Saturday 12 August 4am
Planned change outage
Friday 21 August 8:15pm to Saturday 12 August 4am
Expected user impact
Users will be unable to access the NHS e-Referral Service (e-RS) for the duration of the change outage.
Slot polls may be impacted and may not run overnight Friday/Saturday. Slot polls should run as scheduled overnight on Saturday/Sunday.
What is planned for Release 16.7
NB "2. Improvements to the Directory of Services (DoS) Mapping Tool” previously communicated as part of the release will no longer be implemented as part of release 16.7.
