Maintenance release 17.0
Regarding the scheduled service-impacting work planned on the NHS e-Referral service (e-RS) to implement maintenance release 17.0.
Please treat the specific times of the work and the associated outage as provisional. A further update will be shared on Tuesday 3 November.
Planned change timing
Friday 6 November 4pm to Saturday 7 November 4am.
Planned change outage
Friday 6 November 8:15pm to Saturday 7 November 4am.
Expected user impact
Users will be unable to access the NHS e-Referral Service (e-RS) for the duration of the change outage.
Slot polls may be impacted and may not run overnight Friday/Saturday. Slot polls should run as scheduled overnight on Saturday/Sunday.
