Care Identity Management release 9.3

Care Identity Management release 9.3 goes live on 8 October 2026, subject to final approval.

This release includes:

• a fix to ensure smartcard printing always uses a resized and optimised user image, including for existing users with legacy oversized photos
• backend improvements to code quality

There will be no change to the user interface and we expect there to be no downtime during the release.
