Care Identity Management release 9.2

Care Identity Management release 9.2 goes live on 1 October 2026, subject to final approval.

This release adds a 'Last used' column to the 'Authenticators' tab on the user profile screen. Data in this column may display as 'Not available' for some authenticators. We will be updating data in the coming weeks.

The release also:

• fixes an issue where some characters caused phone numbers to be rejected
• fixes a timeout issue in some self-service journeys

We expect there to be no downtime during the release.
