Care Identity Management release 9.1

Care Identity Management release 9.1 goes live on 24 September 2026, subject to final approval.

This release:

• strengthens the functionality of the self-claimed Care ID service by utilising AAL2 passkeys
• improves how we log and track organisation search within the Find your Registration Authority application
• fixes code-quality issues to improve security and reliability

There will be no change to the user interface and we expect there to be no downtime during the release.
