Care Identity Management release 8.23

Care Identity Management release 8.23 goes live on 21 May 2026, subject to final approval. 

This release includes:

• a fix for an issue where the casing of National Insurance numbers, and any spaces included, were causing them not to be matched correctly to Care Identity profiles
• text updates to self-service applications

We expect there to be no downtime during the release.
