This discontinued series of Official Statistics has provided a rolling five-year time series of Investment in General Practice since 2003/04. As well as providing UK level figures, the report was intended to facilitate comparison of spending across the countries.
The Adult Social Care Outcomes Framework (ASCOF) measures how well care and support services achieve the outcomes that matter most to people. The ASCOF is used both locally and nationally to set priorities for care and support, measure progress and strengthen transparency and accountability.
Arrange referral
In order to create a referral the selected patient must be registered as a patient at the referring organisation in PDS - that is, the ‘GP Practice’ code stored against the patient in PDS must match the ‘GP Practice’ code of the referring clinician creating the referral in e-RS.

These instructions only cover the entry of the mandatory information required to create a service in e-RS which will be linked to a PAS. Depending on the type of service required, additional configurations may need to be added.
