Rachel Hope

Rachel is NHS England’s Director of Digital Prevention Services, which includes screening and vaccination digital services, and the new NHS Health Check online - all part of creating a new personalised prevention service through the NHS App.

Before this, Rachel worked at the Department for Education, where they brought policy and digital experts together in one team under single leadership. Rachel believes in testing ideas, designing with users, and delivering in stages to make a real difference. Throughout Rachel's career, she has worked across a range a digital, technology and policy roles in the Cabinet Office, HM Treasury and HMRC.
