Summary
The National Diabetes Audit extracted data for the 2015-16 collection from GP practices in England and Wales between June and August 2016. This publication reports on the participation for 2015-16, results for Care Processes and Treatment Targets will be published early in 2017.
The participation tables show the number and percentage of practices that submitted data by CCG/LHB for the audit year along with which GP practices participated from each CCG/LHB. The participation map uses colour coding to highlight the CCG/LHB participation rates.
We have also developed a new interactive dashboard. You can select your CCG or LHB to display participation rates for the past 3 years and view participation for other areas.

- 82.4 per cent of general practices in England and Wales participated in the 2015-2016 National Diabetes Audit
