Summary
Due to technical issues with the processing of the June Assuring Transformation data, we have identified that approximately 8% of records were either omitted or incomplete within the dataset used to create the Learning Disability Services Monthly Statistics - England Commissioner Census (Assuring Transformation) - June 2016 publication, released on 21st July 2016. The HSCIC have therefore removed this publication from the website. The omitted records will be included in the next publication, due to be published on 19th July 2016.
