How we use the information (processing activities)

The Reasonable Adjustment Flag is a national record which indicates that reasonable adjustments are required for an individual and optionally includes details of their significant impairments and key adjustments that should be considered. The Flag is created for the individual by their care team and is held on the NHS Spine and is accessed through the NHS National Care Record Service (NCRS) or approved clinical systems integrated with the spine. This data is held on the cloud to enable better integration with health and care organisations and their systems
