The business rules published in the zip file below contain Payment and Management Information (MI) indicators. The NCD-2022-23_Indicator_Ruleset_Lookup file published in the zip file shows all the indicators, which ruleset they can be located in and if they are for Payment or MI.

A patient level extract will be collected alongside the NCD aggregate return. This will be used to calculate payment indicators in 2023-24 with a baseline improvement from 2022-23; the data collection will cover both years. Please note these are subject to testing versions so may be subject to further changes ahead of any final version release.
