Management and Leadership Training and Development Provision pilot data collection

The Management and Leadership Training and Development Provision Pilot is a new data collection to understand organisational spend on, and provision of, leadership and management development. Currently, there is limited data or insight on how much organisations spend on leadership and management development, or what they offer to their employees. This new collection will help NHS England to further understand organisational activity and enable the national team to design programmes that meet local needs and address local gaps in provision, avoiding duplication at a national level.

This is a one-off pilot data collection launching in January 2025, and will be open for 6 weeks. If the data collection is mandated for further collections at a national level, this section will be updated accordingly.
