21 September 2022: Temporary changes made to GP Connect and Summary Care Record (SCR) have continued in place beyond the end of the Control of Patient Information (COPI) Notice.

The temporary changes made to GP Connect and Summary Care Record (SCR) Additional Information in response to the COVID-19 pandemic have continued in place beyond the end of the Control of Patient Information (COPI) Notice.  

Please ensure all mentions of COPI have been removed from your privacy or transparency notices. We have GP Connect and SCR notices for you to follow or link to from your organisation notices.
