Access to HSCN for the NHS in Wales 2018

Formal request from NHS Wales for NHS Digital to establish and operate a system for the collection and analysis of information relating to the Health and Social Care Network (HSCN).

Purpose

To enable the NHS in Wales continued access to the applications and services available within the Transition Network (TN).

Legal basis

The request is made under section 255(1) of the Health and Social Care Act 2012 (the 2012 Act).
