EU Exit Sitrep Data Collection Directions 2019

Directions given by NHS England requiring NHS Digital to establish and operate a system for the collection of information to be known as the EU Exit Sitrep Data Collection Directions 2019.

Purpose

NHS England directs NHS Digital to establish and operate such systems for the collection of information to be known as EU Exit Sitrep data collection.

Legal basis

254(1) and (6), section, 260(2)(d), section 274(1)(d) and (2) and section 304(9), (10) and (12) of the Health and Social Care Act 2012.

This Direction comes into force on the 15 October 2019.
