Isle of Man Department of Health and Social Care access to the NHS App

NHS Digital is requested to establish and operate a system for the collection and analysis of information as is necessary to provide the NHS app and NHS login for Isle of Man residents as is necessary to provide the NHS app and NHS login to Isle of Man residents that register for an account. The system to be established and operated is the Isle of Man- NHS Information System.  

Section 255(1) section 256(1)(2)2(c), 257(3),(4), 262(4)(b)  of the Health and Social Care Act 2012.
