What to do if you see a ‘site not assigned’ message
You can sign in to Manage Your Appointments (MYA) if you have an nhs.net account or an email on the Care Identity email domain list.
If you sign in and see a 'site not assigned' message it means you have not been added to a site yet.
If your site is already set up on MYA
Contact the lead user of your site to request access.
If you do not know who your site’s lead user is, email your Regional Vaccination Operations Centre (RVOC). You will need a NHSFutures account to login.
To avoid delays, when you email the RVOC you will need to include your
- name
- email address you will use for MYA
- site name
- site ODS code
If your site is not set up on MYA yet
Use the Vaccination provider system access request form to request a new site setup.
Before you start, you'll need the names of 2 lead users to nominate on the form. They will get access automatically once your site is added.
It can take up to 10 working days for your site to be set up once you have submitted this form.
