Edit clinics

You can only reduce the length or capacity of a single clinic session.

Go to your clinics list

Select 'Clinics' on the main navigation menu. Then select 'Create and manage clinics' on the sub-navigation menu.

Find the single clinic session you want to change and select 'Change'.

Select 'Change the length or capacity of this session' and click 'Continue'.

You will see the number of booked and unbooked appointments for this session which may be affected by reducing the length or capacity of this session.

Edit the session times or the capacity and click 'Continue'.

You can then check your answers. If you are happy with your choices select 'Change session' and the session will update.

You can remove vaccine services from a session.

Go to your clinics list

Select 'Clinics' on the main navigation menu. Then select 'Create and manage clinics' on the sub-navigation menu.

Find the single clinic session you want to change and select 'Change'.

Select 'Remove a service or multiple services' and click 'Continue'.

You will see a list of the services for the session. Select the ones you want to remove and click 'Continue'. You will then be taken to the confirmation page that will confirm the services have been removed.

If any appointments are affected by this change you will see a message which says that some appointments may have been affected by the change.
