Adding clinic closures

1. Select Create availability from the top menu or home screen.
2. Select Create new availability.
3. Select Weekly sessions.
4. Enter your session details including dates, running days, times, capacity and services offered.

1. Select Yes on the clinic closures screen when asked if there are dates your clinic will not run.

2. Enter an optional name for the closure on the Add clinic closure screen.

3. Enter the start date and end date for the closure.

4. Review your list of closures. Select Add another closure if you need to add more dates.

5. Select Continue when you finish adding closures.

6. Review your session details on the Check your answers page.

7. Select Publish clinic series to save your weekly sessions and the closures you added.
