Terms of use
All users must agree to adhere to the following terms prior to receiving a Universally Unique Identifier (UUID) which will allow access to the Integration Training environment. Failure to adhere to these could impact other environment users and may result in removal of access to the environment.
-
I will not share my personal login details with others or allow users to enter the environment using my login credentials.
-
I will only access the environment with the user roles stated in the training environment user guidance.
-
I will only use referrals that I have created and will not action referrals that have been created by others (exception to this is when a trainer has created referrals on behalf of training delegates).
-
I will not enter any patient identifiable data within the training environment. This includes names of real people (famous or otherwise), including myself.
-
I will not refer, onward refer or amend patient information for patients which have not been allocated to me.
-
I will only create services under the organisations listed in the training environment user guidance.
-
I will not use the manual slot poll function for current published services, as use of this function could initiate displaced appointments.
-
I will not make changes to any of the existing services within the environment and will only make amendments to the services that I have set up
